Rex and Tony’s 10-Stop Anniversary Tour: Helping To Save For College

 

College tuition costs for a child born today are projected to reach as high as $140,000. Because these future college costs are often underestimated by young families, College Illinois! commemorated its
10-year anniversary with a statewide tour designed to create awareness for saving for college as well as the program's enrollment period. Program mascots, Rex the Exclamation Point and Tony Tuition made 10 public appearances across the state to help spread the word about saving for college. They were determined to help Illinois families beat tuition inflation. Click on the stops below to see where Rex and Tony visited.
