College Illinois! benefits can be used at any public, private or community college in the nation. The student has the freedom to choose whichever school is best for him or her. Just look at all the schools where College Illinois! benefits have been used so far. The only exception is that benefits cannot be used at proprietary, or for-profit schools (e.g., trade schools) with the exception of some approved Illinois proprietary schools.
